Thom & Sue Keller
Thom began teaching an inner-city Bible study in 1995. That love of teaching Gods word eventually led to the formation of Calvary Chapel Lebanon in October, 2001, with about 50 people meeting in an old hardware store. Our church ministry and philosophy centers on teaching Gods word chapter by chapter, verse by verse. Our goal is that our fellowship would be encouraged and knit together by strong ties of love and that through the teaching of Gods word, we as a body, would come to full confidence through a complete understanding of Gods secret plan - which is Christ Himself. (Col. 2:2-4)
Pastor Thom currently teaches every other Sunday morning and evening in rotation with Pastor Dan. Thom also teaches an in-depth Bible study every Monday night at 9 S. 9th St, at 7:00 PM.
Thom and his wife, Sue, live near Schaefferstown. Thom enjoys playing soccer and Thom and Sue together enjoy snow skiing, running and motorcycle rides. Although they have no natural children, they call their loved ones at Calvary Chapel family.
It has been an absolute joy to see the changes God is bringing about in the lives of individuals, marriages and families at Calvary Chapel. Gods word does not return void! |

Dan & Sue VanVleet
Dan and Sue live near Jonestown with their six children, Sue's elderly mother, one dog, and two cats. Dan and son, Danny, work together in their painting business. The VanVleets are also currently adding a log addition to their present home and spend much of their family time working on that project.
Dan has been pastoring since 1985. He has been a longtime friend of Thom Keller. The opportunity to co-pastor a church plant (now Calvary Chapel Lebanon) came in 2001. Dan and Thom, along with others, shared the dream of being part of a team ministry in a teaching church. Our vision has always been to be a fellowship where people feel welcome, safe and loved.
"Being part of Calvary Chapel has been such a blessing to our family. Our children are actively involved with the youth, jr. high, and children's ministries. We have seen God working in all ages and situations here in Lebanon and it is a joy to be a part of it."
